AMP HTML have allowed blogs on Bloggers to display blog pages insanely quick on the web or mobile devices. Blog posts & pages instantly displayed at reader's screens thus increase chances for readers to consume more & more blog contents effectively.
Blogger blog users could also leverage this & quickly take this to their advantage to increase revenue via optimizing ads displayed on their blog pages or contents -- utilizing
In-contents ads, which is popularly used by ads network like Adsense, can be easily implemented on Blogr-AMP themes. Users have more control on ads placements, able to use alternative ads network, create tests -- to further optimize ads display.
Important note, this is not a replacement of Adsense auto ads as
amp-auto-adscomponent is still in beta during the time of writing. However, this integrations does resembles the fundamentals of in-content ads placement, where ads displayed seamlessly within contents of a blog page.
Blogr-AMP (V2) Blogger theme with AMP HTML integrations have provided the framework to place ads within a blog page content to help bloggers/publishers to easily increase revenue via optimised ads placements.
Users are able to set their own placements within their blog contents, depending on their readers preferences & reading flow.
From our initial test runs -- thanks to Blogr-AMP's users participation -- optimizing ads within contents have increased ads revenue up to 12%! Although small, any positive data returned from this will hopefully open up to more chances for publishers to increase revenue -- with minimal effort.
For the record, using in-contents ads display like implemented at this blog, would also increase the chances for ads coverage from earlier 66% - 93% to consistently within the range of 96% or higher. But then again, depends on users content & advertisers bid availability.
