Due to the many requests by users using Right to Left (RTL) language direction, for example Arabic, Tamil languages, now BlogrAMP version 2 comes RTL supported automatically with theme installations.
Changing the language direction for Blogger Theme is made super easy by enabling the preferred language right from user's Blogger dashboard.
Here's how to update & change Blogger blog AMP HTML integrated theme language direction & display:-
- At Blogger Dashboard go to Settings
- select Language & Formatting
- under Language dropdown, select preferred language.
- click Save Settings to update your theme language.
By default, BlogrAMP theme will auto translate using Blogger built in text transliteration features. However, custom widgets pre-installed with BlogrAMP themes uses custom text to display.
To update & translate custom widget texts, users can edit:-
- Texts made available at widget in Layout
- At theme > Edit HTML under the
var='transText'
variable.
Text included here will reflect the text used in your theme. No codes to search & no markups to add, all made super easy to allow easy integrations with your preferred language of choice.
If users requires to further refine RTL text styles, users can add in custom CSS within
<style amp-custom> ... </amp-custom>
theme tags.Use the reference like so:-
[dir=rtl] .elementClassName { /* add your CSS */ }
Any CSS directive using the
[dir=rtl]
